Misión del cargo:

Desarrollar y consolidar el canal de venta directa a médicos especialistas, posicionando a la empresa como aliado confiable para el acceso a medicamentos no disponibles en el país, construyendo relaciones profesionales de largo plazo y generando oportunidades de negocio sostenibles basadas en confianza, ética y valor clínico.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Bioquímica o Bioquímica Farmacéutica, Tecnología en Laboratorio Clínico o Médico, Ingeniería Biomédica, Microbiología o carreras afines

Experiencia:

2 a 3 años de experiencia comercial en el entorno hospitalario (gestión de negociaciones y licitaciones).

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca - Quito - Guayaquil

Competencias:

- Construcción de relaciones profesionales

- Comunicación clínica-comercial

- Orientación a resultados de largo plazo

- Ética e integridad profesional

- Autogestión comercial

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Conocimiento técnico en productos relacionados con farmacéutica especializada.

- Experiencia en procesos de licitación y compras del sector privado del sector salud.

- Comprensión del entorno de salud: médicos, clínicas, hospitales y fundaciones.

- Inglés técnico (lectura y comunicación intermedio).

- Dominio de herramientas CRM para la gestión de clientes y seguimiento de ventas.

- Conocimiento de técnicas de ventas y atención al cliente en el entorno hospitalario y clínico en Ecuador.

- Conocimientos básicos de marketing aplicado a productos médicos.

- Conocimiento del proceso de importación especial o comercialización de medicamentos no disponibles localmente.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Desarrollar una red activa de médicos especialistas (neumólogos, reumatólogos, cardiólogos, urólogos, oncólogos, entre otros).

- Ejecutar visitas médicas personalizadas orientadas a generar confianza y activar demanda clínica.

- Comunicar al médico la propuesta de valor: disponibilidad, trazabilidad, tiempos de importación y cumplimiento regulatorio.

- Detectar oportunidades reales de tratamiento y canalizarlas internamente para su gestión.

- Coordinar con las áreas operativa y regulatoria la factibilidad de cada requerimiento médico.

- Mantener una cartera activa de médicos y casos en seguimiento.

- Representar a la empresa con un estándar ético elevado frente a profesionales de la salud.

- Generar reportes de actividad, pipeline médico y proyección de demanda.

Sueldo: $1500 + comisiones
