Misión del cargo:

Liderar técnica y operativamente la evolución, desarrollo, modernización e integración de las soluciones tecnológicas de la empresa, asegurando plataformas escalables, seguras y alineadas a las necesidades del negocio, impulsando la autonomía del área tecnológica y acompañando el crecimiento regional de la organización.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnologías de la Información o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software Full Stack, con participación en proyectos de arquitectura, integraciones o liderazgo técnico.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Desarrollo frontend con React, JavaScript y TypeScript

- Desarrollo backend con PHP, NestJS y .NET

- Diseño e implementación de APIs REST

- Gestión y optimización de bases de datos MySQL

- Arquitectura cliente-servidor y diseño de soluciones escalables

- Seguridad web, autenticación, tokens, JWT y manejo de sesiones

- Integración entre plataformas y servicios externos

- Gestión de ambientes productivos y resolución de incidentes críticos

- Control de versiones con Git

- Documentación técnica y funcional

- Deseable: Infraestructura en Amazon Web Services (EC2, RDS, S3, Amplify, Cognito)

- Deseable: Docker y CI/CD

- Deseable: Microservicios y microfrontends

- Deseable: Integraciones con CRM, WhatsApp Business, pasarelas de pago y automatización

- Deseable: Sistemas contables, ERP, fintech o facturación electrónica

- Definir criterios, estándares y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.

- Revisar arquitectura y calidad técnica de soluciones.

- Coordinar técnicamente al equipo de desarrollo.

- Priorizar iniciativas según impacto en negocio y cliente.

- Desarrollar y mantener funcionalidades frontend y backend.

- Diseñar APIs e integraciones.

- Optimizar rendimiento y bases de datos.

- Resolver incidencias críticas en producción.

- Proponer mejoras de arquitectura.

- Participar en decisiones de infraestructura cloud.

- Modernizar sistemas existentes.

- Preparar la plataforma para crecimiento regional.

- Traducir necesidades del negocio en soluciones tecnológicas.

- Participar en definición del roadmap.

- Evaluar viabilidad técnica de nuevos proyectos.

- Aportar visión técnica a nuevos productos.

- Gestionar incidentes críticos.

- Analizar causas raíz.

- Implementar soluciones permanentes.

- Documentar arquitectura, APIs y flujos técnicos.

- Establecer estándares internos.

- Mejorar trazabilidad y procesos del equipo.

- Formar y acompañar técnicamente al equipo.
