Misión del cargo:

Dirigir y supervisar las actividades de ventas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los presupuestos y el crecimiento continuo del volumen de ventas. Liderar al equipo de asesores comerciales para alcanzar los objetivos de venta, gestionar las relaciones con los clientes y distribuidores, identificar oportunidades de mercado y desarrollar estrategias efectivas para promover las marcas de la empresa.

Nivel de instrucción:

Estudios Universitarios Completos en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Marketing. De preferencia maestría en MBA, Marketing, Dirección Comercial.

Experiencia:

1-3 años en posiciones comerciales.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Desarrollar y Ejecutar estrategias de Ventas

- Liderar y Gestionar el equipo de ventas para alcanzar objetivos de ventas

- Elaborar previsiones de ventas y reportes de rendimientos

- Identificar oportunidades de mercado y áreas de crecimiento.

- Analizar a la Competencia y al Mercado.

- Supervisar y coordinar el equipo de ventas, estableciendo metas y objetivos claros.

- Mantener y fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes potenciales.

- Negociar ventas importantes y cerrar acuerdos

- Realizar estudios de mercado para identificar tendencias y necesidades del cliente.

- Administrar el presupuesto del departamento comercial, asegurando un uso eficiente de los recursos.

- Asegurar que todas las actividades comerciales cumplan con las normativas y regulaciones vigentes.

- Entender las necesidades del mercado local y conocer los productos que comercializa la competencia.

- Diseñar e implementar planes de negocio y estrategias comerciales para promover los productos de la empresa.

Sueldo: $2500 + comisiones.
