Misión del cargo:

Diseñar, liderar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial para el canal de autoservicios a nivel nacional, garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos de venta, rentabilidad y participación de mercado.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de tercer nivel en carreras de Administración, Marketing o Economía o carreras afines, estudios de cuarto nivel (deseable)

Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados a gestión comercial y clientes B2B.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Conocimiento profundo del mercado de productos frescos y cárnicos, incluyendo tendencias, competencia y dinámicas comerciales (deseable)

- Estrategia comercial y de canales modernos (autoservicios, supermercados, hard discount, food service, TAT, etc.)

- Planificación comercial y manejo de forecast de ventas.

- Operación de exportaciones y procesos logísticos internacionales (comercio exterior, normativas, INCOTERMS). (Deseable)

- KPIs comerciales, análisis de rentabilidad por canal, cliente y SKU.

- Conocimiento en SAP o ERP similares (deseable).

- Paquete de Office Intermedio.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Definir y ejecutar el plan comercial del canal autoservicios (80% de su tiempo y foco).

- Supervisar la ejecución de negociaciones anuales con cadenas y condiciones comerciales.

- Guiar y dar soporte a la KAM senior en el día a día con los principales clientes del canal.

- Velar por el cumplimiento de metas de sell-in, sell-out y cobertura de portafolio.

- Monitorear márgenes, rentabilidad por canal y oportunidades de crecimiento.

- Supervisar la operación de exportación y coordinar con la empresa los embarques, documentación, cumplimiento de requisitos y atención a clientes internacionales.

- Coordinar con trade marketing la activación en punto de venta del canal autoservicio.

- Preparar reportes gerenciales y presentaciones para el comité comercial.
