Misión del cargo:

Liderar la estrategia y ejecución comercial de la empresa a nivel regional, asegurando el crecimiento sostenido de las ventas, la rentabilidad de las operaciones y el posicionamiento de las marcas representadas en los principales canales de retail (supermercados, farmacias, tiendas por departamento y especializadas).

Nivel de instrucción:

Formación profesional en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración, Marketing o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 a 3 años de experiencia en el Área Comercial.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Formación de precios

- Gestión de márgenes y rentabilidad

- Cálculo de estructuras de costos

- Control de rotación de productos

- Entendimiento del Canal Retail (B2B)

- Manejo avanzado de Excel

- Conocimiento en herramientas de ERP y CRM para seguimiento de clientes, forecast y pipeline.

- Capacidad para interpretar y generar reportes de sell-out, inventario y ventas.

- Gestión Comercial Regional

- Negociación y Planificación Estratégica

- Inglés intermedio o avanzado

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial regional alineada con los objetivos de crecimiento de la empresa.

- Establecer y supervisar los planes comerciales anuales y trimestrales, por país, cliente y categoría.

- Definir objetivos de ventas, rentabilidad y crecimiento de cartera por país o canal.

- Liderar al equipo de ejecutivos de ventas, key account managers o representantes comerciales

- Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con compradoras de retail (supermercados, farmacias, tiendas especializadas, tiendas por departamento).

- Liderar las negociaciones de contratos, precios, promociones, rebates y condiciones comerciales con cada cliente.

- Visitar regularmente a los principales clientes en los diferentes países (Chile, Perú, Ecuador, etc.) para reuniones estratégicas o seguimiento operativo.

- Analizar tendencias del mercado y del consumidor para proponer nuevos productos o líneas.

- Supervisar la rotación del portafolio por cliente, categoría y país, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento o descontinuación.

- Participar en la definición de precios de venta, márgenes, promociones, lanzamientos, activaciones y plan de marketing comercial.

- Coordinar con logística e importaciones para asegurar disponibilidad de productos, cumplimiento de pedidos y optimización de stock.

- Trabajar con marketing en la planificación de campañas comerciales y material de apoyo para puntos de venta.

- Colaborar con finanzas en el seguimiento de cobranzas, análisis de rentabilidad por cliente y riesgos crediticios.

Sueldo: $1500 + comisiones
