Misión del cargo:

Liderar la estrategia comercial de la región asignada, asegurando el cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas, crecimiento de cartera, rentabilidad y fortalecimiento del relacionamiento con los diferentes canales de comercialización, mediante la gestión efectiva de equipos comerciales y la correcta ejecución de la estrategia del Grupo.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Negocios Internacionales, Economía o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo de 7 años en áreas comerciales, con al menos 4 años liderando equipos de ventas y operaciones comerciales multicanal.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Administración y ejecución de presupuestos comerciales.

- Gestión de ventas multicanal (mayorista, retail y HORECA).

- Desarrollo y apertura de mercados.

- Administración de cartera de clientes.

- Estrategias de negociación comercial.

- Gestión y seguimiento de cobranzas.

- Control de gastos y rentabilidad comercial.

- Manejo de indicadores comerciales (KPI's).

- Planeación de ventas y pronósticos de demanda.

- Excel avanzado.

- Manejo de sistemas ERP o CRM comercial.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Experiencia canales On Trade y Off Trade

- Ejecutar la estrategia comercial definida por la corporación en la región asignada.

- Garantizar el cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas y objetivos de crecimiento.

- Identificar oportunidades de expansión y apertura de nuevos clientes y canales.

- Mantener y fortalecer relaciones con clientes estratégicos del canal mayorista, retail y HORECA.

- Desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y ampliar la cartera comercial.

- Representar al Grupo en espacios comerciales clave del mercado.

- Liderar, desarrollar y dar seguimiento al equipo comercial conformado por 19 personas.

- Establecer indicadores de desempeño y acompañar al equipo en la ejecución de estrategias en campo.

- Asegurar una adecuada cobertura y atención de los diferentes canales comerciales.

- Monitorear el cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas de la región.

- Dar seguimiento a los indicadores de cobranzas y recuperación de cartera.

- Controlar los gastos comerciales garantizando una gestión eficiente de los recursos.

- Presentar reportes de resultados y gestión.

Sueldo: $3.000 fijos + variable
