Misión del cargo:

Diseñar, planificar y coordinar la estrategia de análisis de crédito y gestión de cobranza según las políticas, objetivos y metas de la compañía, con el objetivo de generar mayor rentabilidad. Diseñar y desarrollar modelos que permitan reducir los tiempos de operación tanto de crédito como de recuperación de cartera.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Economía, Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 7 años en roles de liderazgo en gestión de crédito y cartera, preferiblemente en el sector retail. Conocimiento sólido de los principios y prácticas crediticias, así como de las normativas y regulaciones relacionadas.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Dominio de utilitarios y bases de datos

- Manejo de reportes e indicadores

- Experiencia comprobable en recuperación de cartera

- Manejo de Excel avanzado

- Conocimiento en ERPs

- Modelos de calificación crediticia y análisis de riesgo

- Cálculo y fijación de tipos de interés

- Normativas y regulaciones crediticias vigentes

- Gestión de crédito y cobranza en redes comerciales de múltiples agencias

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Planificar y administrar la recuperación de cartera.

- Cumplir con los presupuestos entregados por la alta gerencia y directorio ejecutivo.

- Diseñar, monitorear y analizar los indicadores transaccionales, de negociación, cobranza y de créditos de la compañía.

- Crear modelos de calificación crediticia para predecir el riesgo, realizando análisis de riesgos y evaluando la calidad crediticia de clientes existentes y potenciales.

- Desarrollar e implementar políticas y procedimientos para el otorgamiento de crédito a clientes, asegurando el equilibrio adecuado entre la mitigación de riesgos y la satisfacción del cliente.

- Implementar estrategias y acciones para la recuperación de deudas vencidas, minimizando la cartera morosa y maximizando la recuperación de los fondos adeudados.

- Supervisar el análisis crediticio, evaluación y aprobación de solicitudes de crédito, estableciendo límites de crédito adecuados y términos de pago.

- Calcular y fijar tipos de interés.

- Realizar el seguimiento con los clientes para gestionar la liquidación de deudas y la renovación de préstamos.

- Garantizar que todos los procedimientos de préstamo cumplan los reglamentos pertinentes.

- Coordinar los cambios tecnológicos relacionados a Cobranzas del nuevo core del negocio.

- Gestionar y supervisar al equipo de crédito y cartera, proporcionando orientación, capacitación y apoyo en su desarrollo profesional.

- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con los departamentos de ventas y servicio al cliente para garantizar la precisión y actualización de la información crediticia.

- Liderar el proceso de venta de cartera.

- Gestionar alianzas con instituciones financieras para viabilizar la venta de cartera.

- Presentar propuestas comerciales estratégicas de crédito.

- Obtener información de mercado sobre la oferta crediticia de la competencia.
