Misión del cargo:

Garantizar la eficiencia operativa del almacén mediante la supervisión y optimización de procesos logísticos, la gestión de inventarios, y el liderazgo de un equipo comprometido con la excelencia en el servicio. Asegurar que los productos se almacenen, manejen y distribuyan de manera efectiva, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad, seguridad y tiempo establecidos por la organización.

Nivel de instrucción:

De preferencia Título de Tercer Nivel en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en cargos similares.

- Supervisión y Administración de Personal.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Supervisar y controlar el inventario.

- Realizar auditorías periódicas de inventario y resolver discrepancias.

- Identificar y aplicar mejoras en los procesos de recepción, almacenamiento, picking y despacho.

- Implementar y mantener sistemas de gestión de almacenes (WMS) para optimizar la eficiencia.

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.

- Reclutar, entrenar y supervisar al personal del almacén.

- Coordinar la logística de entrada y salida de mercancías, incluyendo la relación con transportistas.

- Asegurar que los pedidos se procesen y entreguen a tiempo y en forma adecuada.

- Gestionar las relaciones con proveedores.

- Definir y monitorear KPIs relacionados con la eficiencia operativa, la precisión del inventario, el costo de almacenamiento y otros indicadores clave.

- Preparar informes periódicos para la alta dirección con análisis y propuestas de mejora.
