Misión del cargo:

Liderar y supervisar la ejecución de proyectos de construcción de infraestructuras viales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y sostenibilidad establecidos por la empresa, así como garantizar la optimización de recursos y tiempos.

Nivel de instrucción:

Estudios Universitarios Completos en Ingeniería Civil. De preferencia Título de Cuarto Nivel en campos relacionados.

Experiencia:

5 a 8 años de experiencia en sectores de Construcción.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Herramientas y técnicas de planificación, programación y control de proyectos (MS Project, primavera, etc.).

- Procesos y Técnicas de Construcción.

- Construcción y mantenimiento de infraestructuras viales.

- Conocimiento detallado de las normativas locales e internacionales aplicables a la construcción de vías.

- Metodologías de aseguramiento de la calidad (ISO 9001, Six Sigma).

- Principios y prácticas de construcción sostenible y gestión ambiental.

- Inglés Intermedio (no excluyente)

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Desarrollar y gestionar planes de construcción detallados, incluyendo cronogramas, presupuestos y recursos necesarios.

- Dirigir y coordinar todos los requisitos de levantamiento de proyectos.

- Realizar y revisar órdenes de servicios, estimaciones de obra, órdenes de modificación y correspondencia para la adecuada administración del proyecto.

- Supervisar el progreso diario de las obras, asegurando que se cumplan las especificaciones técnicas y normativas vigentes.

- Supervisar el uso eficiente de los recursos materiales, financieros y humanos, optimizando costos y minimizando desperdicios.

- Implementar medidas correctivas cuando sea necesario para mantener los proyectos en curso y dentro del presupuesto.

- Asegurar la disponibilidad y correcta utilización de los materiales y equipos necesarios para las obras.

- Negociar y coordinar con proveedores y subcontratistas para garantizar el suministro oportuno y de calidad.

- Actuar como enlace entre los diferentes equipos de trabajo, subcontratistas y la administración, facilitando una comunicación clara y fluida para resolver cualquier problema o discrepancia que surja durante el proceso de construcción.

- Implementar sistemas de control de calidad en todas las etapas del proyecto.

- Realizar inspecciones y auditorías para verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.

- Identificar, evaluar y mitigar riesgos asociados a los proyectos de construcción.

- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y salud ocupacional.

- Monitorear las actividades de costos de los proyectos contra los elementos de desglose del trabajo para lograr resultados dentro del presupuesto.

- Mantener registros precisos de las actividades realizadas, preparar informes de avance periódicos y documentar cualquier cambio o incidencia relevante en el sitio de construcción.

- Evalúa y adjudica las ofertas y cotizaciones recibidas para los alcances de trabajo de construcción civil.

- Crear estimaciones de costos y/o listas de materiales para presupuestos de proyectos y/o definición del alcance.

- Asegurar justificaciones para la resolución de reclamaciones contractuales y/o variaciones durante la implementación del proyecto

- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar procesos y eficiencias en el desarrollo e implementación de los trabajos.

- Presidir reuniones de proyectos para recopilar y distribuir información relacionada con los proyectos
