Misión del cargo:

Liderar integralmente la gestión de Talento Humano, asegurando la correcta administración de los procesos laborales, nómina, desarrollo y gestión de personas, así como el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral vigente. La posición deberá fortalecer una gestión estratégica y estructurada del talento, acompañando las necesidades de una organización industrial de alta dotación y operación a nivel nacional. La posición debe fortalecer el sentido de pertenencia y el compromiso de las personas con la organización.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Psicología Organizacional / Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial o Carreras Afines.

Experiencia:

Experiencia mínima de 5 años ocupando posiciones gerenciales de Talento Humano.

- Procesos de contratación y desvinculación.

- Gestión de beneficios y compensaciones.

- Gestión estratégica del Talento Humano.

- Indicadores de gestión de Talento Humano.

- Desarrollo organizacional.

- Gestión del desempeño.

- Manejo de conflictos y relaciones laborales.

- Sistemas ERP y/o plataformas de gestión de nómina y Talento Humano.

- Microsoft Excel intermedio/avanzado.

- Manejo de equipos de trabajo multidisciplinarios y distribuidos geográficamente.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de Talento Humano bajo un enfoque doble de Desarrollo Organizacional y Recursos Humanos.

- Liderar los subsistemas de TH y asesorar a la alta dirección en decisiones de personas y estructura.

- Supervisar el proceso de nómina a nivel nacional (aprox. 1.100 colaboradores) y el cumplimiento de obligaciones laborales.

- Controlar contratos, liquidaciones y desvinculaciones.

- Mantener al día la documentación laboral, permisos y normativa de sostenibilidad.

- Responder ante auditorías internas y externas.

- Asesorar a la organización en temas laborales y asegurar el cumplimiento del Código del Trabajo.

- Liderar desvinculaciones con criterio legal, técnico y humano.

- Liderar el reclutamiento de vacantes operativas.

- Administrar promociones y concursos internos con criterios transparentes.

- Liderar evaluación de desempeño, programas de bienestar y clima.

- Fortalecer el sentido de pertenencia de los colaboradores.

- Liderar el equipo de Talento Humano y coordinar con Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.

- Estandarizar procesos de TH a nivel nacional.
