Liderar la estrategia integral de gestión humana de la empresa, garantizando la atracción, desarrollo, compromiso y retención del talento, alineando las políticas y procesos de talento humano con los objetivos corporativos de una organización multi categoría y de alcance nacional, promoviendo una cultura de alto desempeño, liderazgo efectivo y sostenibilidad organizacional.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer nivel en: Psicología Organizacional, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines

Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años liderando áreas de Talento Humano, Desarrollo Organizacional o Gestión de Personas.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia integral de talento humano alineada al plan corporativo.

- Actuar como socio estratégico de la Gerencia General y directivos.

- Liderar proyectos de desarrollo organizacional y mejora continua.

- Diseñar políticas, procesos y programas de gestión humana.

- Implementar modelos de desempeño y desarrollo de carrera.

- Liderar programas de sucesión y liderazgo.

- Supervisar procesos de reclutamiento y selección para posiciones estratégicas.

- Diseñar estrategias de retención de talento.

- Fortalecer la marca empleadora.

- Administrar estructuras salariales y beneficios.

- Supervisar el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral vigente.

- Gestionar relaciones laborales y procesos disciplinarios.

- Monitorear indicadores de clima organizacional.

- Implementar iniciativas de bienestar y compromiso.

- Promover una cultura orientada a resultados y servicio.

- Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Talento Humano.

- Definir indicadores de gestión y seguimiento del área.

Sueldo: $3.500 fijos + beneficios sociales
