Misión del cargo:

Liderar estratégicamente las iniciativas relacionadas con el desarrollo y la gestión del talento en la organización. Crear un entorno laboral que promueva el crecimiento profesional, la diversidad, la inclusión y el bienestar de los empleados, alineando los objetivos individuales con los objetivos corporativos para impulsar el éxito organizacional.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer o Cuarto nivel en: Psicología Organizacional, Psicología del Trabajo, Ingeniería Comercial. De preferencia Máster en Gestión de Talento Humano, Desarrollo de Personal, Administración del Talento Humano o afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en cargos similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Sistemas y Subsistemas de Talento Humano.

- Procesos y Procedimientos de Talento Humano.

- Gestión por Competencias y Objetivos.

- Paquete de Office Intermedio.

- Gestión del Ciclo de Vida de los Colaboradores (desde la atracción hasta la salida).

- Desarrollo Organizacional.

- Manejo de Nómina y Compensaciones.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Desarrollo e Implementación de Políticas de Recursos Humanos: Diseñar, implementar y mantener políticas y procedimientos de recursos humanos que promuevan la equidad, la transparencia y el cumplimiento normativo.

- Supervisar el proceso de reclutamiento y selección, asegurando la identificación y contratación de talento adecuado para cubrir las necesidades de la organización.

- Diseñar programas de capacitación y desarrollo que promuevan el crecimiento profesional y personal de los empleados, así como la cultura organizacional.

- Implementar sistemas efectivos de evaluación del desempeño y retroalimentación, facilitando el desarrollo continuo de los empleados y la mejora del rendimiento organizacional.

- Administrar programas de compensación y beneficios competitivos que reconozcan y recompensen el desempeño y la contribución de los empleados.

- Facilitar procesos de cambio organizacional mediante la comunicación efectiva, la participación de los empleados y la gestión de resistencias.

- Resolver conflictos laborales de manera justa y equitativa, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y armonioso.

- Mantenerse actualizado sobe las nuevas corrientes de Talento Humano.
