Misión del cargo:

Liderar la estrategia de marca y trade marketing de la empresa, fortaleciendo su presencia y competitividad en el mercado del austro ecuatoriano. Garantizando que las políticas y estrategias de la organización matriz se implementen adecuadamente. Su objetivo principal es consolidar a la empresa como la marca líder en su segmento, mediante iniciativas de branding, desarrollo de mercado y análisis de oportunidades de crecimiento.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Administración, marketing, Economía o carreras afines

Experiencia:

Cinco años en cargos similares

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

- Gestión de marca (Branding)

- Gestión financiera en marketing

- Análisis y métricas de desempeño de marcas

- Gestión de canales

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Diseñar y coordinar la implementación de la estrategia de marca de la empresa, asegurando una comunicación consistente y un posicionamiento adecuado en el mercado.

- Desarrollar estrategias de trade marketing que impulsen el sell-out en los principales puntos de venta y canales clave.

- Supervisar las actividades promocionales en los puntos de venta, asegurando una visibilidad óptima de los productos de la empresa.

- Realizar estudios de mercado y análisis de la competencia para identificar oportunidades y amenazas en el sector. Proporcionar insights estratégicos que guíen la toma de decisiones en cuanto a la estrategia de marca y la implementación de nuevas iniciativas.

- Liderar proyectos específicos relacionados con campañas de marca y promociones, asegurando su ejecución en tiempo y forma. Coordinar con los departamentos de marketing, ventas y producción para maximizar el impacto de cada campaña.

- Reportar los avances y resultados de las iniciativas de marca y trade, alineando las expectativas entre ambas partes.

- Fomentar una cultura de alto rendimiento, adaptabilidad y orientación al cliente dentro del equipo.
