𝗠𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼́𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗽𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼: Liderar la gestión integral de la empresa, que incluye las áreas administrativas, comerciales, operativas y financieras, con el fin de consolidar y fortalecer su presencia en el mercado. Se busca rentabilizar la operación y desarrollar estrategias de negocio innovadoras para fomentar el crecimiento sostenible y la expansión en nuevos mercados.

𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻̃𝗮𝗿: - Desarrollo y cumplimiento de la estrategia de la compañía, énfasis en la rentabilización a través de eficiencias y posibles sinergias. - Consolidar las marcas en el mercado, incrementando el market share y el margen de contribución de la operación. - Revisar los balances y presupuestos de la Organización. - Velar por un adecuado capital de trabajo enmarcado en las políticas financieras de la corporación. - Establecer las políticas, procesos y procedimientos en conjunto con los gerentes de cada área. - Definir las estrategias comerciales, de negociación, metas y presupuestos de ventas. - Desarrollar y ejecutar las estrategias a corto, mediano y largo plazo para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa. - Controlar los costos y rentabilidad de la empresa. - Controlar y supervisar los reportes financieros, comparando resultados reales con los presupuestados. - Controlar la administración de los recursos monetarios y el cumplimiento de regulaciones en materia tributaria, arancelaria y demás obligaciones legales. - Controlar los niveles de inventarios. - Planificar y brindar un seguimiento a los flujos de efectivo (ingresos y pagos). - Establecer relaciones sólidas con distribuidores y socios estratégicos. - Desarrollo de un equipo de trabajo maduro y que cumpla sus KPIs.
