Misión del cargo:

Liderar la gestión comercial integral de la red de agencias a nivel nacional, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de venta de las marcas de vehículos, así como de productos de valor agregado (seguros, accesorios, créditos y servicios financieros), mediante una gestión estratégica, cercana al negocio y enfocada en resultados.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título universitario en Administración, Comercial, Marketing o carreras afines.

Deseable: MBA

Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años liderando equipos comerciales multisede o redes de distribución a nivel nacional.

Lugar de trabajo: Guayaquil

- Gestión de equipos multisede

- Forecast y proyección comercial

- Análisis de mercado y participación

- Productos de valor agregado (seguros, accesorios, créditos)

- Herramientas de Business Intelligence (BI)

Software deseable:

- Excel intermedio / avanzado

- Power BI o herramientas BI

- CRM comercial

- Sistemas de gestión comercial automotriz

Buscamos perfil con experiencia en piso y gestión de equipos en terreno. No es un cargo exclusivamente corporativo o ejecutivo.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Liderar la operación comercial de las agencias a nivel nacional.

- Asegurar cumplimiento de metas de ventas de las empresas.

- Diseñar estrategias de crecimiento por plaza.

- Supervisar y desarrollar a los jefes de agencia.

- Monitorear desempeño individual y grupal.

- Acompañar procesos comerciales en terreno.

- Impulsar crecimiento comercial de Guayaquil como plaza prioritaria.

- Analizar indicadores de productividad y rentabilidad.

- Elaborar reportes y proyecciones para Gerencia General.

- Mantener relación activa con las marcas junto al Gerente de Marca.

- Participar en reuniones de seguimiento con fábrica.

- Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares comerciales y NPS.

- Impulsar ventas de accesorios, seguros y financiamiento.

- Aumentar penetración de productos complementarios.

- Coordinar campañas comerciales y acciones de marketing.

Sueldo: $7000 asegurados · primeros 3 meses variable sin techo — a mayor resultado, mayor ingreso
