Misión del cargo:

Liderar y gestionar la operación comercial de la zona norte del país, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta, la ejecución de las políticas comerciales, la satisfacción de los clientes y el crecimiento sostenible del negocio.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Administración, marketing, Economía o carreras afines

Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en cargos similares como Gerente Regional, Jefe Comercial o Supervisor Zonal.

Lugar de trabajo: Quito

Competencias:

- Liderazgo y gestión de equipos de ventas

- Planeación estratégica y comerciales

- Orientación a resultados y foco en cumplimiento de metas

- Dominio del canal tradicional y conocimiento de dinámicas comerciales del mercado local

- Comunicación efectiva y articulación con áreas internas

- Capacidad de análisis comercial y toma de decisiones basadas en datos

- Análisis de mercado (competencia, pricing, inteligencia comercial, tendencias)

- Cumplimiento y control de políticas corporativas

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Manejo de canales tradicionales y modernos (tiendas de cobertura, mayoristas, licorerías, cuentas especiales)

- Dominio de políticas de precios, descuentos, promociones y condiciones comerciales

- Sector y Mercado de consumo masivo e industria alimenticia

- Profundo entendimiento del canal moderno y tradicional

- Análisis y Métricas de Desempeño de marcas

- Gestión de canales

- Inteligencia de Negocio (manejo de tableros e interpretación). Cultura Digital. Power BI.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Garantizar el cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas mensual y anual de la región asignada.

- Supervisar y liderar al equipo comercial de la zona norte: vendedores y supervisores zonales.

- Asegurar la correcta ejecución de las políticas comerciales: precios, promociones, descuentos, plazos y condiciones de pago (cuidar la salud de la cartera y morosidad)

- Velar por la disponibilidad de producto y la correcta gestión de los pedidos comprometidos con clientes, alineado a las proyecciones y niveles de inventario.

- Realizar seguimiento a la ejecución en punto de venta, verificando visibilidad, rotación y cumplimiento de las estrategias de marca.

- Impulsar la apertura de nuevos canales y clientes, detectando oportunidades comerciales y zonas no atendidas.

- Asegurar una comunicación efectiva y oportuna entre la regional y la matriz, incluyendo informes de avance, necesidades logísticas, temas operativos y comerciales. (vínculo directo con gerencia de trade)

- Analizar indicadores de gestión (sell-in, cobertura, cumplimiento de ruteros, efectividad del equipo de ventas, cumplimiento de metas individuales y grupales).

- Representar a la empresa ante clientes clave y aliados estratégicos en su zona de influencia.

- Controlar los gastos operativos de la región y asegurar el cumplimiento de presupuestos asignados (no tiene injerencia sobre gastos)

- Monitorear la satisfacción del cliente, levantar oportunidades de mejora y asegurar una atención oportuna a sus requerimientos.
