Misión del cargo:

Desarrollar, implementar y supervisar políticas y programas de salud y seguridad ocupacional para garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro y saludable, minimizando riesgos y cumpliendo con la normativa vigente. Apoyar en actividades administrativas.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo o áreas afines. Debe tener la certificación de SSO.

Experiencia:

2 años en cargos similares en el sector de salud.

Lugar de trabajo: Quito

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Gestión de compras y presupuestos (se le va a capacitar).

- Normas de seguridad.

- Gestión de activos fijos.

- Gestión de documentación.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Realizar inspecciones regulares de las instalaciones para identificar riesgos laborales y de seguridad, documentando hallazgos y sugiriendo mejoras para garantizar la seguridad de los colaboradores.

- Evaluar y asegurar que las áreas de trabajo cumplan con los requisitos de salud y seguridad ocupacional establecidos por la ley y por las políticas internas de la empresa.

- Proponer e implementar medidas correctivas y preventivas basadas en los resultados de las inspecciones, buscando mejorar las condiciones de trabajo y eliminar posibles riesgos.

- Coordinar la implementación de procedimientos y protocolos de seguridad, capacitaciones y simulacros para fomentar una cultura de seguridad ocupacional.

- Mantener actualizados los documentos y registros relacionados con salud y seguridad ocupacional, asegurando su correcta administración y el cumplimiento de las normativas vigentes.

- Colaborar con auditores y organismos reguladores para la presentación de informes y el cumplimiento de las inspecciones de seguridad.

- Supervisar y seleccionar proveedores de insumos de oficina, limpieza y otros servicios generales, garantizando la adquisición de materiales de alta calidad a costos competitivos.

- Realizar evaluaciones periódicas de los proveedores para asegurar que cumplan con los estándares de la empresa.

- Planificar y controlar el presupuesto asignado para compras y servicios generales, asegurando que todas las adquisiciones estén alineadas con las proyecciones financieras.

- Gestionar los pagos a proveedores y servicios generales, incluyendo mantenimiento de instalaciones, limpieza, y otros servicios de apoyo.

- Realizar un inventario detallado de los activos fijos de la empresa y monitorear su estado y ubicación, manteniendo actualizados los registros de activos y su depreciación.
