Misión del cargo:

Gestionar las operaciones comerciales, administrativas y de servicio al cliente de la agencia, alineando sus resultados con las metas regionales y nacionales.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Administración de empresas, Economía, Marketing o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

1 a 2 años en cargos similares preferentemente en retail, muebles u hogar.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Ventas a crédito.

- Administración de recursos y personal.

- Orientación al servicio.

- Conocer la misión, procesos, funciones, metodologías y enfoques de trabajo del área.

- Conocer las características de los productos y servicios de la Organización.

- Paquete office intermedio-avanzado (power BI deseable)

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Alcanzar los objetivos de margen definidos para la agencia, mediante la organización del equipo de margen y la aplicación de los planes de trabajo establecidos con su jefe zonal.

- Proponer e implementar acciones que impulsen el incremento de margen, captación de nuevos clientes y retención de los actuales.

- Asegurar la correcta ejecución de las campañas comerciales, promociones, descuentos, precios y layout definidos por la organización.

- Sustentar los créditos con información fidedigna y correctamente ingresada y sustentada. Solicitar las verificaciones a la estructura de cobranzas.

- Supervisar la atención al cliente en la entrega de productos, reclamos por servicio técnico, procesos de matriculación y postventa.

- Controlar la reposición oportuna del inventario, su rotación y correcta conservación.

- Ejecutar procesos administrativos, como la administración de caja general y caja chica, registro y aplicación de cobros, arqueos y depósitos, registro de gastos operativos, dotación de suministros y trámites necesarios para el funcionamiento legal de la agencia.

- Cumplir y hacer cumplir los lineamientos y procedimientos de la empresa, retroalimentando las oportunidades de mejora.

- Planificar, desarrollar y gestionar el talento humano a su cargo. Mantener su estructura completa.

Sueldo: $490 fijos + $200 en bono de responsabilidad + $700 en sueldo variable (sin límite)
