Misión del cargo:

Organizar y dirigir estratégica y efectivamente la gestión de desarrollo de la agencia para llegar el cumplimiento de las metas propuestas asegurando los tiempos, la calidad y optimizando los recursos disponibles.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Ingeniería en Marketing, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración, Finanzas, Economía o afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 3 años en cargos similares en empresas de seguros.

Lugar de trabajo: Loja.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Planificar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y captación de nuevos clientes.

- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes actuales y potenciales.

- Realizar seguimiento y análisis de los indicadores de rendimiento comercial.

- Supervisar las operaciones diarias de la agencia, asegurando la correcta administración de los recursos y el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos internos.

- Gestionar la documentación y procesos relacionados con la suscripción y renovación de pólizas de seguros.

- Asegurar un servicio al cliente de alta calidad, resolviendo consultas y reclamaciones de manera efectiva y eficiente.

- Implementar estrategias para mejorar la satisfacción y fidelización de los clientes.

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas legales y regulaciones del sector de seguros.

- Participar como representante de la empresa en Loja.

- Planificar visitas físicas y virtuales a clientes y asesores de seguros.

- Gestionar la cotización, venta y renovación de pólizas de seguros.

- Ejecutar el plan estratégico anual.

- Supervisar los trámites de siniestros.

- Realizar inspecciones de riesgos.

- Gestionar y coordinar la recuperación de cartera de la oficina.

- Coordinar con el departamento de desarrollo humano el cumplimiento de actividades del personal.

- Gestionar y planificar las compras de las necesidades de la oficina.

- Diseñar productos nuevos y adecuados a las necesidades del cliente.

- Coordinar con los asesores capacitaciones sobre los productos.

Sueldo: $1500 + comisiones
