Misión del cargo:

Garantizar una atención eficiente, cordial y resolutiva a los clientes de la agencia, promoviendo la retención de usuarios, gestionando eficazmente las renovaciones y cobros mensuales, y abordando con profesionalismo los reclamos derivados de cortes de servicio, problemas técnicos o conflictos por pagos.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Bachiller, Tercer Nivel en Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

2 años de experiencia en atención al cliente y cobranza

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Manejo de sistemas de facturación

- Conocimientos básicos de servicios de internet

- Gestión de cobranzas

- Atención al cliente y manejo de reclamos

- Manejo de cierre caja y documentación

- Gestión de agendas y turnos operativos

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Brindar una atención amable, clara y efectiva a todos los clientes que acuden a la agencia, especialmente en procesos de renovación, reclamos o consultas sobre su servicio.

- Recibir y resolver reclamos relacionados con cortes por falta de pago, baja velocidad, o problemas técnicos frecuentes en planes de internet prepago.

- Gestionar directamente la renovación mensual de los servicios contratados, asegurando la continuidad del servicio para los clientes.

- Realizar cobros, registrar los pagos efectuados y dar seguimiento a clientes morosos, promoviendo acuerdos de pago que eviten la cancelación del servicio.

- Turnarse con la facturadora para asegurar la cobertura completa de atención en los horarios establecidos, dividir tareas administrativas y operativas, y mantener fluidez en el servicio.

- Custodiar y cuadrar diariamente los ingresos en efectivo, mantener ordenados los contratos, recibos y comprobantes de pago.

- Aplicar estrategias de retención y generar una experiencia positiva que fomente la lealtad del cliente, incluso en situaciones de conflicto o insatisfacción.

- Anticiparse a los días de mayor afluencia (del 10 al 18 de cada mes) y organizar el servicio para mantener orden, rapidez y trato cordial, especialmente en el pico del día 15.

- Informar sobre casos críticos, reportes de atención, observaciones del cliente y sugerencias de mejora que permitan una toma de decisiones más ágil y conectada con la realidad de la agencia.
