Funciones a desempeñar:

- Coordinar y supervisar al personal del almacén, asegurándose de que estén capacitados y cumplan con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa

- Desarrollar y mantener planes efectivos para la disposición y organización de los productos y materiales en el almacén. Esto incluye la implementación de sistemas de almacenamiento eficientes y la optimización del espacio disponible.

- Supervisar el control de inventario, garantizando la exactitud de las existencias registradas en comparación con las cantidades físicas. Coordinar recuentos periódicos y analizar las variaciones para identificar y corregir posibles problemas.

- Cumplir con las actividades de los Sistemas de Gestión implementados en la empresa (BASC, 5s, BPM´s, BRCGS) asignadas a su función.

- Supervisar y gestionar los costos asociados con las operaciones del almacén, buscando oportunidades para reducir gastos innecesarios y optimizar la eficiencia operativa.

- Preparar informes regulares sobre el rendimiento del almacén, incluyendo métricas clave como niveles de inventario, tiempos de entrega y eficiencia operativa.

- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos, como producción, ventas y compras, para garantizar una integración efectiva de las operaciones del almacén con las actividades globales de la empresa.

- Mantener relaciones efectivas con los proveedores y asegurar la disponibilidad oportuna de materias primas. Negociar términos de entrega, cantidades y condiciones para garantizar un suministro constante y eficiente.

- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la productividad en el almacén.
