Misión del cargo:

Encargado de planificar, organizar y supervisar el suministro, la preparación y la forma de cocinar los alimentos y la calidad de estos y la presentación de todos los platos que se procesan en la cocina del restaurante.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Gastronomía o carreras administrativas

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en cargos similares como jefe de cocina, operaciones o chef ejecutivo con enfoque en procesos de estandarización

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

- Capacitación en servicio al cliente

- Procesos de calidad del servicio y estandarización

- Manejo de objeciones

- Profundo entendimiento de operaciones de cocina y restaurante

- Gestión de equipos

- Manejo de equipos de cocina y utensilios para cumplir con recetas establecidas

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Planifica y organiza el aseo de la empresa en las salas de atención al cliente y oficina

- Planifica y organiza el aseo y salubridad de las áreas vinculadas con atención al cliente.

- Define junto con el jefe de cocina y la jefatura inmediata los servicios que se van a prestar en ocasiones extraordinarias

- Coordina con la Jefatura inmediata la licencia por vacaciones del personal a cargo

- Reporta novedades referentes al personal a su cargo como horas extras y demás para la generación de roles, incumplimiento de funciones y cumplimiento de metas

- Autoriza los permisos por calamidad doméstica y organiza el respectivo reemplazo

- Desarrollará una técnica de comunicación para informar, promocionar y vender los productos y servicios de los que se dispone o desarrolle para la atención al cliente

- Gestiona el aprovisionamiento de las debidas mediante un requerimiento al responsable de realizar las compras.

- Realiza la recepción de pedidos de las bebidas solicitadas para la empresa y firma los respectivos documentos (orden de compra y/o factura)

- Supervisa la calidad, cocción y presentación de los alimentos para los clientes internos y externos

- Organiza las actividades de cómo: horarios del personal, preparación de las mesas, durante y después de su uso, de la limpieza del área y emite las instrucciones necesarias para asegurar la atención al cliente en basado en lo más altos niveles de satisfacción

- Supervisa controla el cuadre de las diferentes cajas de cobro y firma los respectivos reportes

- Notifica de la rotura de la vajilla con la finalidad de que sea dada de baja del inventario y de igual forma se realice la reposición en los casos que se amerite

- Colabora con las demás actividades que le sean asignadas
