Misión del cargo:

Gestionar integralmente la línea de neumáticos, asegurando una adecuada planificación de la demanda, abastecimiento y disponibilidad del portafolio, mediante la negociación estratégica con proveedores nacionales e internacionales, análisis de mercado, definición de necesidades de compra y control de inventarios, contribuyendo al crecimiento, rentabilidad y competitividad de la categoría.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de empresas, Economía, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Planificación de demanda.

- Importaciones y comercio exterior.

- Costos de importación.

- Análisis de rotación de inventarios.

- Definición de stock mínimo y máximo.

- Indicadores de abastecimiento.

- Manejo avanzado de Excel.

- Power BI o herramientas de análisis de datos (deseable)

- ERP y sistemas de gestión de inventarios.

- Inglés intermedio – avanzado, deseable para negociación con proveedores internacionales.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Planificar las compras y el abastecimiento de la línea de neumáticos, considerando demanda proyectada, inventario, rotación, tiempos de importación y presupuesto disponible.

- Negociar con proveedores nacionales e internacionales precios, volúmenes, condiciones de pago, tiempos de entrega y demás condiciones comerciales.

- Elaborar y actualizar el forecast de demanda, analizando históricos de ventas, estacionalidad, comportamiento del mercado y proyecciones comerciales.

- Gestionar los niveles de inventario, identificando riesgos de quiebre de stock, sobrestock y productos de baja rotación, y proponiendo acciones correctivas.

- Analizar el desempeño y rentabilidad de la línea, evaluando costos de adquisición, márgenes, rotación y resultados por marca, producto o segmento.

- Gestionar y desarrollar el portafolio de neumáticos, identificando oportunidades de incorporación, sustitución o descontinuación de productos de acuerdo con las necesidades del mercado.

- Coordinar con Comercial, Comercio Exterior, Logística y Finanzas la planificación de compras, importaciones, disponibilidad de producto y pagos a proveedores.

- Elaborar y presentar indicadores y reportes de gestión sobre compras, demanda, inventarios, costos, márgenes y desempeño de la categoría para la toma de decisiones de la Gerencia.
