Misión del cargo:

Planificar, coordinar y supervisar los procesos logísticos de la compañía, asegurando una administración eficiente de inventarios, preparación de pedidos, almacenamiento, transporte y distribución de productos, así como la coordinación de servicios administrativos que garanticen el cumplimiento de las metas operativas y la satisfacción del cliente final.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de tercer nivel en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de la Cadena de Suministro, Operaciones o afines.

Experiencia:

3 a 5 años en posiciones similares (Supervisor o Jefe de Logística/Bodega) en sectores industriales, productivos o de distribución de preferencia en lubricantes.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Supervisión y liderazgo de equipos operativos.

- Administración de inventarios y control de stock. Manejo de indicadores y costos de logísticos

- Planificación y optimización rutas. Control y organización flota propia y coordinación con transporte tercerizado

- Operaciones de almacén: recepción, picking, packing, almacenamiento y logística inversa.

- Excel intermedio-avanzado.

- Normativas de tránsito y seguridad industrial.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Garantizar procesos de recepción, almacenamiento, rotación, preparación de pedidos y despacho, cumpliendo estándares de exactitud en tiempo , cantidad, control y preservación.

- Diseñar y optimizar rutas de entrega, Supervisar el cumplimiento de entregas en tiempo, completas y forma, gestionando proveedores de transporte y optimizando costos.

- Planificar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la flota de transporte, infraestructura y equipos de manipulación de bodega asegurando su disponibilidad y optimizando el costo

- Establecer y dar seguimiento a KPIs de inventarios, transporte, tiempos de entrega y costos logísticos, proponiendo e implementando acciones de mejora

- Coordinar mantenimientos, suministros, pasajes, hospedajes, facturas, cuadre de cobros de clientes de contado, cuadre de facturas y registro oportuno de las transacciones de bodega requeridas para el cuadre e inventario, devoluciones (logística inversa),etc

- Dirigir supervisores, asistentes, bodegueros y personal operativo, asegurando motivación, capacitación y alto desempeño.

- Representar a la empresa con profesionalismo y ética en todos los puntos de contacto con el cliente.
