Liderar la estrategia de marketing de la marca con una visión estratégica, innovadora y de largo plazo, impulsando nuevas formas de comunicación, fortaleciendo la experiencia de marca y transformando la creatividad en resultados comerciales sostenibles, sin perder de vista la consistencia y el posicionamiento de una marca consolidada.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer nivel en: Marketing, Comunicación, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines

Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años en posiciones de liderazgo dentro de áreas de marketing, marca, comunicación o desarrollo comercial.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Liderar la estrategia de marketing y posicionamiento de marca de la organización.

- Desarrollar iniciativas innovadoras que fortalezcan la diferenciación y relevancia de la marca.

- Asegurar una experiencia consistente de marca en todos los puntos de contacto.

- Diseñar y supervisar campañas de alto impacto alineadas a los objetivos comerciales.

- Impulsar acciones creativas que generen visibilidad, conexión y recordación de marca.

- Evaluar tendencias y oportunidades para fortalecer la propuesta de valor de la empresa.

- Analizar indicadores de desempeño, mercado y comportamiento del consumidor para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.

- Gestionar el presupuesto de marketing con enfoque en retorno sobre la inversión.

- Utilizar herramientas de análisis de datos para sustentar decisiones estratégicas.

- Liderar, desarrollar y desafiar al equipo de marketing para elevar su desempeño y capacidad creativa.

- Coordinar la relación con agencias, proveedores y aliados estratégicos.

- Promover una cultura de innovación, colaboración y mejora continua.
