Misión del cargo:

Diseñar, liderar e implementar la estrategia integral de talento, cultura y desarrollo organizacional de la empresa, asegurando la alineación entre los objetivos del negocio y la gestión de personas, impulsando procesos de transformación cultural, institucionalización, liderazgo basado en indicadores y fortalecimiento de capacidades organizacionales que permitan consolidar a la compañía como referente regional y marca empleadora de alto impacto.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Psicología Organizacional, Ingeniería en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Desarrollo Organizacional o carreras afines. De preferencia Título de Cuarto Nivel.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años liderando áreas de talento humano, desarrollo organizacional o transformación empresarial.

- Diseño y documentación de procesos

- Evaluación de desempeño y desarrollo de liderazgo

- Comunicación organizacional y marca empleadora

- Legislación laboral ecuatoriana

- Analítica y gestión estratégica de talento

- Onboarding y offboarding

- Clima organizacional

- Gestión disciplinaria

- Comprensión de la ecuación financiera del negocio y gestión eficiente de estructuras de gasto, productividad y rentabilidad

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Diagnosticar la cultura, estructura y necesidades organizacionales de la empresa.

- Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de talento, cultura y desarrollo organizacional alineada al negocio.

- Liderar procesos de cambio, institucionalización y fortalecimiento de liderazgo.

- Implementar indicadores, evaluaciones de desempeño y planes de desarrollo.

- Diseñar programas de capacitación, sucesión y crecimiento interno.

- Fortalecer la comunicación interna y la marca empleadora.

- Asesorar a la Gerencia General en decisiones estratégicas relacionadas con personas y organización.

- Diseñar y consolidar la estructura de su equipo de gestión humana.

- Supervisar gestión de nómina

- Participar en comités gerenciales y de gestión

- Diseñar planes de sucesión

- Implementar un modelo y política de compensaciones basados en meritocracia
