Misión del cargo:

Planificar, dirigir y controlar los procesos relacionados con infraestructura tecnológica y sistemas de información, asegurando disponibilidad, seguridad y eficiencia.

Nivel de instrucción:

Tercer Nivel en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería en Informática, Ingeniería en Software, Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines. Cuarto Nivel deseable.

Experiencia:

5 años o más de experiencia en cargos similares en el Área de Tecnología.

- Asegurar la operatividad, disponibilidad y actualización de los sistemas tecnológicos y la infraestructura de TI de la empresa.

- Diseñar e implementar políticas y procedimientos para proteger los activos de información y mantener la operación ante contingencias.

- Plantear, desarrollar y supervisar planes estratégicos de tecnología que soporten los objetivos organizacionales.

- Liderar proyectos de desarrollo, implementación y mejora de software interno y aplicaciones empresariales.

- Supervisar y garantizar un servicio de soporte eficiente para resolver incidentes y necesidades tecnológicas de los usuarios.

- Analizar tendencias tecnológicas y proponer soluciones innovadoras para optimizar procesos productivos y administrativos.
