Misión del cargo:

Brindar asesoría legal integral para garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y gestionar riesgos jurídicos en todas las áreas de la empresa. Esto incluye la elaboración y revisión de contratos, representación legal, coordinación de legalización de documentos, cumplimiento de la Ley de Protección de Datos, gestión de trámites societarios, preparación de documentación para reuniones directivas y apoyo en auditorías para asegurar la transparencia y conformidad legal.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Derecho.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 3 años.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Brindar orientación jurídica para asegurar el cumplimiento normativo y mitigar riesgos legales en la empresa.

- Elaborar, revisar y gestionar contratos y documentos legales para proteger los intereses de la empresa.

- Representar a la empresa en litigios y reclamaciones, defendiendo sus derechos.

- Asistir en trámites societarios, preparar documentación para reuniones y colaborar en auditorías para asegurar transparencia y conformidad legal.

Sueldo: $1300 + comisiones.
