Misión del cargo:

Liderar, desarrollar y potenciar el canal de mayoreo a nivel nacional, asegurando el crecimiento sostenido de ventas, la cercanía estratégica con clientes mayoristas y la eficiencia de la operación comercial, consolidando este canal como el principal motor de ingresos de la compañía.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Administración, Marketing, Ingeniería Comercial o afines

Experiencia:

Experiencia mínima de 10 años. De estos mínimo 5 años en jefaturas de venta de canal mayoreo.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Competencias:

- Liderazgo comercial en campo

- Ejecución y control operativo

- Orientación a resultados

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Gestión de canales de distribución mayorista

- Administración de equipos comerciales en campo

- Negociación con clientes mayoristas y distribuidores

- Planeación comercial y seguimiento de indicadores (sell in / sell out)

- Análisis de ventas, rotación y cobertura de mercado

- Gestión de cartera en coordinación con áreas financieras

- Estrategias de pricing, descuentos y promociones

- Conocimiento del sector motocicletas o categorías afines (repuestos, lubricantes, llantas, electrodomésticos)

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Definir y ejecutar la estrategia nacional del canal mayoreo, alineada a los objetivos de crecimiento de la compañía.

- Liderar al equipo comercial a través del coordinador/supervisor, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas de los vendedores a nivel nacional.

- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones cercanas con clientes mayoristas clave, entendiendo sus necesidades y dinámica de negocio.

- Realizar visitas frecuentes a nivel nacional para validar en campo la ejecución comercial, comportamiento del mercado y desempeño del equipo.

- Monitorear indicadores comerciales del canal, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento, cobertura y mejora de resultados.

- Coordinar con áreas como cartera, logística, RRHH y administración para asegurar una operación fluida y eficiente.

- Proponer e implementar iniciativas comerciales que fortalezcan la presencia de la marca y el crecimiento del canal mayoreo.

Sueldo: $2.500 + comisiones
