Misión del cargo:

Garantizar la logística, custodia y entrega oportuna del producto a los clientes del sector industrial a nivel nacional, asegurando eficiencia operativa, relaciones efectivas con transportistas y proveedores, y altos estándares de integridad en la gestión de contratos logísticos.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Ingeniería Industrial, Operaciones, Producción o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 3 años en cargos similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Guayaquil

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos:

- Supervisión de personal.

- Conocimiento BASC (Business Alliance For Secure Commerce)

- Gestión de Procesos de transporte.

- Gestión de Logística.

- Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura. Gestión de Procesos.

- Administración.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Controlar y reducir los costos de transporte mediante la negociación de tarifas, la optimización de rutas y la mejora de la eficiencia operativa.

- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de los Sistemas de Gestión implementados en la empresa (BASC, 5s, BPM´s, BRCGS) asignadas a su función

- Gestionar las relaciones con proveedores externos de transporte, negociando contratos y tarifas para servicios de entrega.

- Planificar, organizar y supervisar todas las actividades de transporte para garantizar la entrega oportuna y eficiente de los productos.

- Supervisar la calidad del transporte y el manejo de los productos, asegurando que las cajas de cartón corrugado lleguen en perfecto estado a los clientes.

- Analizar los datos de transporte y generar reportes sobre el rendimiento y eficiencia del departamento para la toma de decisiones

- Asegurar que todas las operaciones de transporte cumplan con las regulaciones nacionales e internacionales, incluyendo las normativas de seguridad y medioambientales.

- Supervisar la flota de vehículos de transporte, incluyendo su mantenimiento, reparación y renovación para garantizar su eficiencia y seguridad.

- Colaborar con los equipos de ventas y servicio al cliente para proporcionar actualizaciones sobre el estado de los envíos y resolver cualquier inquietud relacionada con la logística.

- Desarrollar y optimizar rutas de transporte para minimizar los costos y tiempos de entrega, teniendo en cuenta factores como la distancia, el tráfico y las condiciones de la carretera.

- Manejar cualquier incidente o problema relacionado con el transporte, como retrasos, daños o accidentes, y encontrar soluciones rápidas para minimizar el impacto.

- Trabajar estrechamente con el departamento de producción para asegurar que el producto terminado esté listo y se envíe según los cronogramas establecidos.
