Misión del cargo:

Gestionar y atender la cartera de los brokers más importantes de la empresa asegurando el cumplimiento del presupuesto comercial establecido en nuevos negocios y renovaciones, así como llevar el control de resultados y kpis del cargo.

Nivel de instrucción:

Estudios Universitarios Completos en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas, Marketing. Título de cuarto nivel: deseable

Experiencia:

2 a 3 años de experiencia manejando cuentas corporativas

Lugar de trabajo: Guayaquil

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- MS Office Avanzado (Manejo de Tablas Dinámicas)

- Gestión de cuentas clave (Key Account Management)

- Análisis financiero: Básico

- Productos de seguros y financieros

- Conocimiento de técnicas de ventas y negociación: Avanzado

- Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado

- Ventas consultivas y estratégicas

- Análisis de mercado y competencia

- Regulaciones y compliance

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Realizar 8 visitas semanales completando al 100% el proceso de APM (agenda, acta).

- Cumplimiento de presupuesto total premium y por línea de negocio en nuevos y renovaciones.

- Manejo de portafolio de Brokers y/o corredores asignados estratégicamente por el Gerente Comercial.

- Generar relaciones comerciales sólidas con todos los niveles jerárquicos del corredor, desarrollando espacios de relación comercial, entre otros.

- Mantener una relación de venta consultiva con el agente, ir más allá del entendimiento de seguros sino apoyar en la estrategia del corredor y operatividad.

- Coordinar la consecución de acuerdos de producción con los corredores a cargo

- Conocer su target top y establecer relación comercial con ellos

- Capacitación Interna: participar del desarrollo de programas de entrenamiento, buscar proactivamente formación con las diferentes líneas de negocio, este KAM debe tener profundo conocimiento técnico.

- Capacitación Externa (principales agentes y brokers): asegurar la realización de 1 evento masivo al mes y desarrollo de webinars.

- Elaborar el forecast mensual de su equipo.

- Realizar otras funciones de su departamento que sean materia de su competencia y otras que sin serlo le sean encomendadas expresamente.
