Misión del cargo:

Desarrollar y consolidar relaciones comerciales de largo plazo con clientes estratégicos, identificando oportunidades dentro de su arquitectura tecnológica para posicionar soluciones avanzadas de ciberseguridad. El rol busca asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales, la retención de clientes y la generación de ingresos recurrentes, con foco en la expansión del negocio en la ciudad.

Nivel de instrucción:

Ingeniería en Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Redes, Informática, Administración o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años en ventas consultivas B2B en tecnología o ciberseguridad

Experiencia comprobada en apertura de mercado y desarrollo de cuentas

Poseer cartera de clientes

Lugar de trabajo: República Dominicana (Santo Domingo y Santiago de Los Caballeros)

Competencias:

- Visión de negocio y pensamiento estratégico

- Gestión de relaciones de alto nivel

- Venta consultiva

- Capacidad de apertura de mercado

- Planificación comercial y analítica

- Influencia y negociación

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Soluciones de ciberseguridad (EDR, SOC, vulnerabilidades, threat intelligence)

- Procesos de compras públicas (SERCOP)

- Generación de demanda y desarrollo de pipeline

- Manejo de CRM (HubSpot, Odoo u otros)

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes comerciales por cuenta estratégica asignada

- Generar pipeline mediante prospección dirigida en mercado corporativo de Guayaquil

- Mantener forecast actualizado y cumplimiento de metas comerciales

- Detectar oportunidades de upsell y cross-sell en base a riesgos identificados

- Ejecutar revisiones ejecutivas periódicas con clientes clave (QBR)

- Coordinar preventa e ingeniería para diseño de propuestas técnicas

- Gestionar negociación contractual y cierre de negocios complejos

- Liderar reuniones consultivas con decisores técnicos y financieros
