Misión del cargo:

El KAM Retail será responsable de gestionar y fortalecer la relación con grandes empresas de retail, grandes supermercados y superficies, garantizando el cumplimiento del plan anual de pedidos y entregas. Gestión estratégica de alto nivel para asegurar abastecimiento, competitividad y cumplimiento de los estándares exigidos.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de tercer nivel en carreras de Administración, Marketing, Economía o carreras afines

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados a gestión comercial y clientes B2B.

Lugar de trabajo: Quito

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Experiencia en el Sector Alimentario

- Gestión de Cuentas Clave (grandes superficies)

- Conocimiento de plataformas B2B (analytics para performance de la categoría, portal de pedido, tracking de pedidos, reclamos de calidad, facturación, órdenes de despacho, reclamos de calidad)

- Estrategias de Ventas y Marketing

- Desarrollo de Relaciones Comerciales

- Análisis de Mercado y Planificación

- Indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI´s)

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de negocio personalizados para cada cuenta clave, alineados con los objetivos de la empresa.

- Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los principales stakeholders de las cuentas, actuando como punto de contacto confiable. Organizar reuniones periódicas para revisar el progreso, abordar inquietudes y planificar iniciativas conjuntas.

- Liderar procesos de negociación de contratos, precios y condiciones comerciales, asegurando acuerdos beneficiosos y sostenibles.

- Colaborar con los departamentos de producción, logística, marketing y finanzas para garantizar el cumplimiento de los compromisos adquiridos con las cuentas.

- Realizar estudios de mercado para entender las tendencias y comportamientos en los diferentes canales de distribución.

- Coordinar la disponibilidad y entrega de productos, garantizando el abastecimiento adecuado según los KPIs establecidos, como entregas los lunes y sábados.

- Elaborar informes periódicos sobre el estado de las cuentas, incluyendo ventas, márgenes, satisfacción del cliente y proyecciones futuras.

- Utilizar plataformas como SAP y los sistemas internos del cliente para gestionar pedidos, reclamos y comunicaciones.

- Coordinar con el back office interno para asegurar una facturación y cobranza eficientes, proporcionando información precisa y oportuna.
