Misión del cargo:

Gestionar de punta a punta la adquisición y renovación de software, licencias, suscripciones y servicios tecnológicos (SaaS, cloud, herramientas internas), asegurando mejor costo total, cumplimiento legal, seguridad, y alineación con las necesidades del negocio.

Nivel de instrucción:

Ingeniero de Sistemas, Tecnología de la Información o carreras afines. (puede no tener la formación siempre y cuando ha hecho procesos similares y sepa de tecnología)

Experiencia:

3 a 5 años en cargos similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Licenciamiento de software (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, SaaS, etc.).

- Modelos de contratación tecnológica.

- Análisis financiero y TCO.

- Normativa regulatoria del sector financiero.

- Seguridad de la información (conceptos básicos).

- Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas ERP / SRM.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Levantar requerimientos con las áreas usuarias (IT, Operaciones, Finanzas, Legal, Seguridad).

- Cotizar, comparar y recomendar herramientas (SaaS, licencias, cloud, APIs, soporte).

- Ejecutar procesos de compra: RFQ/RFP, evaluación, aprobación, orden de compra, onboarding.

- Administrar el ciclo de vida de licencias: altas/bajas, reasignación, renovación, true-ups.

- Mantener inventario de licencias y suscripciones (costos, uso, owner, fechas críticas).

- Negociar precios, términos comerciales, descuentos por volumen, SLAs y condiciones de pago.

- Gestionar contratos en coordinación con Legal (MSA, DPA, NDA, términos SaaS).

- Evaluar performance de proveedores (cumplimiento, soporte, tiempos, incidencias).

- Controlar presupuesto de software/IT (plan vs real, forecast, pipeline de renovaciones).

- Detectar redundancias (herramientas duplicadas) y oportunidades de consolidación.

- Medir y reducir SaaS waste (licencias ociosas, planes mal dimensionados).

- Asegurar cumplimiento con políticas internas: compras, seguridad, privacidad, compliance.

- Gestionar procesos de evaluación con Seguridad/IT (SSO, MFA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc. si aplica).

- Verificar requisitos de privacidad y tratamiento de datos (DPA, ubicación de datos, subprocesadores).

- Reportes mensuales: gasto por categoría, por área, renovaciones próximas, ahorros logrados.

- Definir y mejorar políticas: estándar de herramientas, proceso de compra, renovación y baja.
