Misión del cargo:

Liderar la cadena de suministro de ambas empresas hermanas, gestionando de forma integral las compras, la importación, los permisos de importación y registro sanitario, la relación con proveedores y agentes de aduana, y coordinando para el correcto almacenamiento en bodega, asegurando que todo proceso se cumpla en el tiempo y la forma establecidos. Actúa como brazo derecho de la Gerencia General y contribuye al desarrollo de producto.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales o Carreras Afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 - 3 años liderando procesos de compras, importación, gestión de proveedores y almacenamiento

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Comercio exterior: importación y exportación.

- Manejo de VUE (Permisos fitosanitarios para importación)

- Gestión de agente afianzado / trámites aduaneros.

- Incoterms y logística internacional.

- Gestión de proveedores y fábricas internacionales.

- Gestión de compras.

- Gestión de inventarios y almacenamiento en bodega.

- Desarrollo de producto (apoyo técnico/logístico)

- Coordinación con logística de distribución.

- Inglés nivel B2 (indispensable).

- Excel intermedio/avanzado.

- ERP empresariales, SAP - Business One (deseable).

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Planificar y ejecutar la compra e importación de materia prima e insumos/equipos para ambas empresas.

- Gestionar la importación de contenedores desde proveedores internacionales, coordinando tiempos y condiciones comerciales.

- Mantener contacto directo con proveedores y fábricas internacionales para cotizaciones, negociación y seguimiento de pedidos.

- Ser el punto de control y comunicación permanente con el agente afianzado en trámites aduaneros.

- Verificar que cada etapa, desde la orden de compra hasta la recepción en bodega, se cumpla en tiempo y forma.

- Reportar a Gerencia General el estado de procesos críticos y riesgos de desabastecimiento.

- Identificar y gestionar proveedores y fábricas que permitan atender los requerimientos de desarrollo de nuevos productos, transmitiendo las necesidades y especificaciones de la empresa y dando seguimiento a su factibilidad y disponibilidad de insumos.

- Alinear necesidades de abastecimiento con Comercial, Producción, Calidad y Contabilidad.

- Actuar como brazo derecho de Gerencia General en decisiones estratégicas de abastecimiento.

Sueldo: $1000 - $1200 fijos
