Misión del cargo:

El líder de transformación digital debe tener sólidas habilidades de gestión de proyectos, pero también una sólida comprensión de cómo están estructuradas las empresas modernas y, por supuesto, competencias en la gestión del cambio tecnológico.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería Electrónica o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

De 5 a 8 años de experiencia en proyectos, creación de procesos, organización empresarial y/o tecnología.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Realizar una estructura del plan de transformación digital para las empresas del grupo.

- Dinamizar a los líderes de la organización en su orientación hacia la digitalización.

- Llevar a cabo un seguimiento del plan de transformación digital para asegurar que el proceso está evolucionando.

- Planificar la estrategia para establecer un proceso de transformación digital de las empresas del grupo de una manera eficiente y ajustándose a las necesidades de la misma.

- Marcar la estrategia a seguir para conseguir la digitalización de varios componentes de las empresas del grupo de una forma eficiente.

- Extraer los beneficios y ventajas de la digitalización a los procesos y estructura de la empresa.

- Definir enfoques y estrategias de gestión tecnológica.

- Supervisar y evaluar el alineamiento de los sistemas de información a los procesos corporativos.

- Proporcionar asesoría en las funciones de soporte técnico, desarrollo de sistemas y administración de tecnología de información y/o comunicación.

- Garantizar el buen funcionamiento de los aplicativos y base de datos de las empresas

- Mantener la operatividad y disponibilidad de los sistemas de información y servicios basados en Tecnologías de Información y Comunicaciones.

- Identificar oportunidades de optimización tecnológica en varios procesos de las empresas.

- Ejecutar y supervisar el desarrollo integral de los procesos en las distintas áreas.
