Misión del cargo:

Planificar y dirigir el proceso en la línea de producción a cargo, bajo el cumplimiento de normas, procedimientos, y sistemas de calidad, para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes internos y externos, cumpliendo los indicadores de excelencia operacional.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de tercer nivel en carreras de Ing. Producción, Ing. Química, o Ing. en alimentos. O carreras afines

Experiencia:

Mínimo 1 año en posiciones similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Azogues

Competencias:

- Dominio de sistemas de calidad (BPM, HACCP, ISO 9001)

- Gestión de operaciones productivas

- Manejo de fórmulas y trazabilidad

- Rigor Técnico

- Mejora continua y excelencia operacional

- Comunicación efectiva

- Gestión de indicadores (KPIs)

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Procesos industriales de alimentos

- Sistemas de calidad y seguridad alimentaria

- Conocimiento básico de herramientas como Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen o similares, con enfoque en eficiencia, orden y mejora continua.

- Gestión de producción y planificación operativa

- Control de indicadores (KPIs)

- Conocimiento en dosificación de ingredientes, estandarización de recetas y trazabilidad del proceso. Obligación de manejo bajo acuerdo de confidencialidad (NDA).

- Dominio básico-intermedio de Excel y experiencia en el uso de software de planta, hojas digitales de control o sistemas ERP para registro y monitoreo diario.

- Normativas de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de producción asignado a su turno, respetando tiempos, cantidades y estándares de calidad.

- Coordinar y liderar al equipo de operadores y ayudantes durante el turno, asignando tareas, monitoreando desempeño y promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo productivo y seguro.

- Ejecutar la formulación de productos según las recetas establecidas, garantizando precisión y entrega oportuna de mezclas al siguiente eslabón del proceso.

- Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI)

- Detectar de forma oportuna cualquier anomalía en el proceso y tomar decisiones inmediatas o escalar al jefe de producción cuando corresponda.

- Velar por el cumplimiento de BPM, HACCP e instrucciones técnicas establecidas por el sistema de gestión de calidad.

- Participar activamente en iniciativas de mejora operativa, proponiendo soluciones a problemas recurrentes y optimizando la eficiencia del turno.

- Seguridad industrial y manejo de personal operativo

- Monitorear riesgos operacionales y productivos, estableciendo mecanismos de control y mejora continua.
