Misión del cargo:

Garantizar la movilización segura, eficiente y oportuna de productos terminados dentro de la bodega, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad industrial, procedimientos de almacenamiento (FIFO/FEFO) y apoyo integral a las actividades logísticas de despacho y recepción.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Bachiller

Experiencia:

1 a 3 años en cargos similares en manejo seguro de montacargas

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Competencias:

- Orientación al detalle y al orden

- Adaptabilidad

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Manipulación y traslado de cargas pesadas.

- Uso de equipos de protección personal (EPP).

- Principios básicos de logística interna y rotación de productos.

- Participación en inventarios físicos y conciliación de existencias.

- Buenas prácticas de bodega e inventarios.

- Manejo y operación segura de montacargas (licencia tipo G indispensable).

- Normas de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional.

- Procedimientos de almacenamiento bajo metodologías FIFO/FEFO.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Cargar, descargar, apilar y trasladar productos terminados dentro de la bodega.

- Colaborar con el equipo en las actividades de despacho y recepción de pedidos a clientes y distribuidores.

- Participar en los procesos de toma física de inventarios y conciliación de existencias.

- Apoyar en el cumplimiento de normas de rotación FIFO/FEFO y mantener la bodega ordenada.

- Aplicar las disposiciones de seguridad industrial, salud ocupacional y uso adecuado de EPP.

- Mantener su área de trabajo limpia, organizada y libre de riesgos.

- Respetar las directrices establecidas para el almacenamiento, distribución y despacho de productos.
