Misión del cargo:

Garantizar que la organización cumpla de manera integral con la normativa legal, regulatoria e interna aplicable al sistema de prevención de lavado de activos, financiamiento del terrorismo y otros delitos financieros, mediante el diseño, implementación y supervisión del Sistema de Cumplimiento, la identificación y gestión de riesgos regulatorios y la promoción de una cultura organizacional basada en la ética, la transparencia y el cumplimiento normativo.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título Universitario en: Derecho, Economía, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad y Auditoría. Carreras afines al sistema financiero.

Experiencia:

5 años de experiencia en áreas como: Cumplimiento normativo, Prevención de lavado de activos (PLA/FT), Auditoría financiera o auditoría interna, Gestión de riesgos, Control interno en instituciones financieras.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Normativa de la Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria

- Normativa de prevención de lavado de activos

- Estándares internacionales del GAFI/FATF

- Construcción de matrices de riesgo

- Sistemas de monitoreo de operaciones financieras

- Identificación de operaciones inusuales y sospechosas

- Diseño de políticas y manuales de cumplimiento

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Diseñar, implementar y supervisar el Sistema de Prevención de Lavado de Activos y Financiamiento del Terrorismo de la institución.

- Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa emitida por los organismos de control y regulación del sistema financiero.

- Identificar, evaluar y monitorear los riesgos de lavado de activos y financiamiento del terrorismo dentro de la organización.

- Analizar operaciones inusuales y determinar la existencia de operaciones sospechosas.

- Elaborar y remitir reportes regulatorios a los organismos de control correspondientes.

- Desarrollar políticas, procedimientos y manuales de cumplimiento normativo.

- Supervisar el proceso de debida diligencia del cliente (KYC).

- Evaluar el nivel de riesgo de clientes, productos y canales.

- Implementar sistemas de monitoreo y control de transacciones.

- Capacitar al personal de la institución en normativa de cumplimiento y prevención de delitos financieros.

- Coordinar con las áreas de auditoría, riesgos y legal para fortalecer los mecanismos de control interno.

- Mantener actualizada la normativa interna conforme a cambios regulatorios.

- Reportar periódicamente a la alta gerencia y al directorio sobre el estado del sistema de cumplimiento.

Sueldo: $1.700 a $2.000
