Misión del cargo:

Ser la cara de la marca en Quito y la zona norte del país, representando con pasión esta marca del mundo de las dos ruedas. Este rol demanda un enfoque comercial consultivo, un alto nivel técnico y una afinidad genuina con el estilo de vida sobre motos, combinando conocimiento, autenticidad y la capacidad de conectar de manera profunda con cada cliente.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Administración, marketing, Economía o carreras afines

Experiencia:

mínimo de 2 años en ventas de productos técnicos, ideal en powersports, motos o automotriz.

Lugar de trabajo: Quito

Competencias:

- Habilidades de negociación avanzada

- Empatía y escucha activa

- Alta vocación comercial y pasión por la aventura/movilidad eléctrica.

- Capacidad de gestión autónoma

- Orientación al cliente

- Habilidades de comunicación y negociación.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Pasión y ser un usuario de motos de aventura

- Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas y sistemas CRM.

- Técnicas de Ventas y Marketing: Dominio de estrategias de ventas, negociación y marketing específicas para el sector de motocicletas.

- Innovación en métodos de venta.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Realizar ventas personalizadas mediante test drives en rutas definidas.

- Asesorar a los clientes desde una perspectiva de usuario experto, identificando sus hábitos de manejo y perfil de aventura.

- Impulsar contenido en redes y generar testimonios con clientes para reforzar la presencia de marca.

- Coordinar la logística de demostraciones y entregas de unidades.

- Asesorar en productos de protección automotriz XPEL (Paint Protection Film, nano cerámica, autogeneración de rayas).

- Realizar demostraciones sobre repelencia de agua, resistencia UV y fácil limpieza.

- Atender cuentas clave como concesionarios de alta gama, centros de detailing y clientes particulares premium.

- Asesorar sobre garantías (hasta 10 años) y procesos de instalación.

- Gestionar el proceso completo de ventas: desde la prospección hasta el cierre y seguimiento postventa.

- Mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes y registrar interacciones en el CRM de la empresa.

- Participar en ferias, eventos y actividades promocionales organizadas por la marca.

- Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar estrategias de promoción y campañas publicitarias.

- Realizar seguimiento a las tendencias del mercado y reportar oportunidades de negocio.

Sueldo: $800 fijos + comisiones
