Misión del cargo:

Liderar la planificación, coordinación y seguimiento de proyectos de consultoría en analítica y optimización de la cadena de suministro, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos, cronogramas, presupuesto y entregables acordados con el cliente, mediante la coordinación efectiva entre clientes, consultores funcionales y equipos técnicos.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería en Procesos, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 4 a 7 años liderando proyectos de implementación, consultoría o transformación de procesos, con experiencia coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

- Gestión de proyectos

- Manejo de indicadores de proyectos

- Comprensión general de procesos de Supply Chain (planificación de demanda, inventarios, abastecimiento y logística), sin ser responsable del diseño o desarrollo de las soluciones

- Inglés avanzado

Deseable: conocimiento de proyectos de implementación Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, O9, OMP, Oracle IBP o SAP IBP (módulos de Supply Chain, Operaciones o Finanzas)

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Planificar y coordinar la ejecución de proyectos desde su inicio hasta el cierre.

- Elaborar y dar seguimiento al cronograma de actividades, hitos y entregables.

- Monitorear el avance del proyecto, identificando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones correctivas.

- Gestionar riesgos, dependencias y cambios de alcance.

- Velar por el cumplimiento de tiempos, presupuesto y estándares de calidad.

- Coordinar las actividades entre consultores funcionales, analistas de datos y demás involucrados.

- Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de tareas y compromisos de cada integrante del proyecto.

- Facilitar la comunicación entre las diferentes áreas internas y el cliente.

- Identificar bloqueos que puedan afectar la ejecución y coordinar su resolución.

- Ser el principal punto de contacto para el seguimiento operativo del proyecto.

- Liderar reuniones periódicas de avance.

- Comunicar oportunamente el estado del proyecto, riesgos y próximos hitos.

- Asegurar una experiencia positiva durante toda la ejecución.

- Preparar reportes ejecutivos de avance.

- Medir indicadores del proyecto.

- Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de acuerdos y compromisos.

- Documentar lecciones aprendidas y oportunidades de mejora para futuros proyectos.
