Misión del cargo:

Liderar y gestionar el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas e innovadoras para el sector vehicular, asegurando la sostenibilidad, la satisfacción del cliente y el éxito del proyecto desde la concepción, la entrega y la rentabilización bajo un esquema de trabajo con un equipo multidisciplinario.

Nivel de instrucción:

Tercer Nivel en Ingeniería Comercial/Marketing, Desarrollo de Sistemas o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

2 años de experiencia en cargos similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Quito.

Competencias:

- Liderazgo.

- Comunicación Efectiva.

- Pensamiento Estratégico.

- Trabajo en Equipo (SCRUM).

- Orientación al Cliente.

- Capacidad de Planificación y Organización.

- Orientación a resultados.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- SCRUM y metodologías ágiles

- Desarrollo, Programación, Manejo de BBDD (ACCESS): Intermedio

- Integración de nuevas tecnologías como IA y ML

- Estrategia en Medios Digitales: planes de marketing y la participación en actividades de generación de leads y ventas.

- Manejo y estructuración de proyectos PMO

- Investigaciones de mercado y al consumidor

- Manejo de equipos multidisciplinarios

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Definir la visión y estrategia del producto, alineada con los objetivos de la empresa.

- Evaluar y garantizar la rentabilidad de los proyectos, manejando presupuestos y controlando costos.

- Comprender a fondo las necesidades y problemas de los clientes a través de investigaciones y feedback continuo.

- Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo, marketing y ventas.

- Analizar datos de mercado y feedback de usuarios para informar decisiones de producto.

- Liderar la transición de sistemas legacy a nuevas plataformas tecnológicas.
