Misión del cargo:

Liderar la implementación, desarrollo y gestión de proyectos de transformación de datos logísticos, utilizando ciencia de datos como base, en función de la naturaleza estratégica de los proyectos.

Nivel de instrucción:

Tercer Nivel en Ciencias de la Computación, Matemáticas, Ingeniería Estadística, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

5 años de experiencia en roles similares de Datos y Analítica (D&A)

Lugar de trabajo: Guayaquil

Competencias:

- Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y persuasión a nivel gerencial y operativo

- Alta capacidad para el trabajo en equipo

- Capacidad para generar una red de contactos con equipos comerciales y logísticos

- Visión integral del negocio

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Conocimiento en Python, SQL, R, Power BI, Power Query, Macros

- Competencias digitales: Excel avanzado, PowerPoint

- Conocimiento analítico y capacidad de síntesis

- Conocimiento en modelos estadísticos

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Colaborar en la ejecución de proyectos de mejora orientados a reducir el trabajo manual, incrementar la productividad y optimizar la experiencia de entrega.

- Contribuir con soluciones basadas en datos, incluyendo modelos estadísticos avanzados y pruebas de correlación, garantizando la obtención de insights significativos.

- Gestionar la coordinación con stakeholders para establecer el alcance, los plazos, los recursos necesarios y los planes de gestión de riesgos.

- Liderar y optimizar el desempeño del equipo y sus KPIS para garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos y la calidad esperada.

- Identificar riesgos y preparar planes de contingencia y recuperación ante posibles retrasos en los proyectos.

- Desarrollar estrategias para garantizar una planificación y asignación eficiente de recursos, alineadas con la estrategia del cliente (por ejemplo, estrategia de Transformación Digital, RTM, análisis de costos y beneficios).

- Gestionar las expectativas de los stakeholders aplicando procesos de gestión del cambio durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto.

- Supervisar la implementación, entrega y cierre de proyectos para garantizar que se completen a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto y cronograma establecidos.
