Misión del cargo:

Garantizar la calidad funcional de la plataforma mediante la ejecución de pruebas, validación de procesos, documentación de incidencias y acompañamiento al cliente, asegurando la correcta operación del sistema en entornos reales y una experiencia confiable para el usuario.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Tecnologías de la Información o carreras afines.

Deseable:

Formación en QA, testing funcional o análisis de sistemas

Experiencia:

Mínimo 1 a 3 años en soporte de software, QA funcional o atención a usuarios de sistemas.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

- Pruebas funcionales de software

- Diseño y ejecución de casos de prueba

- Excel o Google Sheets intermedio

- Validación de datos

- Ejecutar pruebas funcionales sobre módulos del sistema

- Validar nuevas funcionalidades previo a producción

- Realizar pruebas de regresión

- Identificar, reproducir y documentar errores

- Validar correcciones realizadas por desarrollo

- Generar evidencias (capturas, videos, reportes)

- Atender consultas funcionales de usuarios

- Analizar y clasificar incidencias

- Determinar causa raíz de los problemas

- Escalar casos técnicos correctamente

- Dar seguimiento a tickets hasta su cierre

- Validar solución con el cliente

- Documentar soluciones recurrentes

- Alimentar base de conocimiento

- Detectar patrones de errores

- Proponer mejoras al producto
