Misión del cargo:

Brindar una atención eficiente, empática y organizada a los pacientes y visitantes de la empresa, garantizando el adecuado registro de información, facturación, documentación regulatoria y coordinación con otras áreas, en cumplimiento con los estándares de calidad y normativas vigentes, incluyendo la ISO 9001:2015.

Nivel de instrucción:

Bachiller o Título de Tercer Nivel en Contabilidad y Auditoría, Administración, Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo un año en cargos similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Manejo de sistemas administrativos y de facturación.

- Competencia en herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Word, correo electrónico, etc.).

- Registro y consolidación de información clínica en plataformas digitales.

- Manejo de documentación y control de cartera para procesos de cobro al Estado.

- Documentación y Auditoría

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Brindar información clara y orientación a pacientes, asegurando una atención cálida y eficiente.

- Actualizar y organizar la información de los pacientes de acuerdo con los protocolos establecidos.

- Emitir facturas, coordinar con el área contable y gestionar la documentación necesaria para los procesos de cobro al Estado.

- Colaborar con distintas áreas para el correcto flujo de información y cumplimiento de normativas internas.

- Receptar y tramitar solicitudes internas y externas de manera oportuna.

- Desarrollar funciones operativas y administrativas asignadas por la gerencia.

- Organizar y mantener actualizados los registros y documentos de pacientes.

- Controlar y coordinar la emisión de facturas y la recepción de pagos.
