Misión del cargo:

Desarrollar y consolidar el canal corporativo a nivel nacional mediante la captación de nuevos clientes empresariales y la generación de relaciones comerciales sostenibles, impulsando el crecimiento del negocio de courier y logística local de la compañía.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Administración, Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines. De preferencia Título de Cuarto Nivel.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años de experiencia comercial en: courier, logística, última milla, distribución, transporte, e-commerce, operaciones logísticas corporativas o negocios afines.

Lugar de trabajo: Quito

- Orientación al cliente

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Conocimiento del negocio courier y última milla

- Ventas corporativas B2B

- Logística y distribución nacional

- Manejo de indicadores comerciales y rentabilidad

- Manejo de herramientas comerciales y CRM

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Prospectar y captar nuevos clientes corporativos a nivel nacional

- Abrir mercado en sectores que requieran soluciones logísticas recurrentes: retail, financiera, e-commerce, laboratorios, consumo masivo, telecomunicaciones, documentación masiva, etc.

- Identificar oportunidades comerciales para servicios de courier local, distribución, última milla y logística empresarial.

- Gestionar reuniones con tomadores de decisión: gerentes administrativos, supply chain, operaciones, logística, compras y servicio al cliente.

- Construir propuestas comerciales alineadas a las necesidades operativas de cada cliente.

- Negociar tarifas, volúmenes y acuerdos comerciales.

- Dar seguimiento al proceso de implementación y onboarding de cuentas nuevas.

- Coordinar internamente con operaciones y servicio al cliente para garantizar cumplimiento de SLA's y promesas comerciales.

- Mantener una gestión activa de relacionamiento y fidelización de clientes recurrentes.

- Monitorear el mercado, competencia y tendencias del sector courier y logística.

- Elaborar reportes comerciales, pipeline y proyecciones de ventas.

Sueldo: $900 + comisiones
