Misión del cargo:

Ganar participación de mercado en Quito y Ecuador, asegurando acuerdos estratégicos y recurrentes con organizadores consolidados y cuentas clave del sector, y posicionando a la empresa como la infraestructura tecnológica referente del entretenimiento en vivo.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de tercer nivel en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería Comercial, Negocios, Economía, Comunicación, Producción de Eventos o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Experiencia comprobable en apertura de mercado, crecimiento de cartera y cierre de acuerdos estratégicos con cuentas clave.

Lugar de trabajo: Quito

- Comunicación ejecutiva

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Experiencia comercial en B2B de servicios o plataformas tecnológicas, con habilidades avanzadas de negociación.

- Conocimiento del ecosistema de entretenimiento (altamente deseable): Festivales musicales Eventos deportivos, Productores y bookers, Venues (teatros, estadios, clubes)

- Gestión de pipelines comerciales y uso de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce o similares).

- Conceptos de e-commerce y plataformas digitales (onboarding, conversión, experiencia de usuario).

- Lectura e interpretación de métricas y data relevante al negocio.

- Nociones de contratos comerciales, acuerdos de exclusividad y alianzas estratégicas.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Desarrollar el mercado de Quito y zona norte, captando organizadores de eventos, productores, venues, clubes deportivos, universidades y marcas con eventos recurrentes.

- Cerrar acuerdos estratégicos para el uso de los servicios de la empresa: Ticketing, Control de accesos, Boletería física/digital, Cortesías, Soluciones marca blanca para venues y expansión internacional

- Apoyar con el motor de growth comercial, estructurando la captación de leads, automatizando su seguimiento y profesionalizando el pipeline B2B.

- Gestionar el onboarding de clientes clave, especialmente eventos de gran escala (+5000 personas), coordinando con el equipo de Quito y Cuenca

- Representar a la empresa en la industria, con presencia en reuniones, eventos, seguimiento post-evento y construcción de relaciones de largo plazo basadas en confianza y resultados.

Sueldo: $1500 + esquema de comisiones por evento, volumen de entradas vendidas y desarrollo de organizadores, con variable sin techo.
