Misión del cargo:

Ejercer liderazgo en la supervisión, administración y control de todas las áreas de la organización, asegurando una operación alineada a los objetivos estratégicos, principios institucionales y estándares de eficiencia y calidad.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Administración, marketing, Economía o carreras afines

Experiencia:

Mínimo tres años de experiencia en empresas con posiciones de liderazgo y administración, en cargos de Subgerencia y/o Gerencia.

Lugar de trabajo: Loja

- Marco normativo del sector financiero popular y solidario

- Relaciones institucionales y enfoque social

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Ejecutar las disposiciones del Directorio y Presidencia Ejecutiva

- Planificar, organizar e implementar toda la planificación estratégica de la institución.

- Dirigir y coordinar las Gerencias y Jefaturas de nivel Gerencial de la institución para el cumplimiento del plan operativo aprobado, con evaluaciones periódicas.

- Participar en los Comités Ejecutivos y de Control de la institución

- Cumplir y hacer cumplir las políticas, normas y resoluciones de la institución

- Supervisar el control administrativo y financiero de la institución

- Establecer y desarrollar metas a corto y largo plazo en base a los objetivos anuales establecidos.

- Controlar y analizar el desempeño de las oficinas de FACES

- Impulsar la productividad y optimizar recursos, para lograr mejores resultados financieros

- Legalizar los documentos de acuerdo con las facultades delegadas.

- Participar y liderar el diseño, medición y evaluación de objetivos estratégicos, plan estratégico para el crecimiento institucional.
