Misión del Cargo:

Garantizar la aplicación eficiente y masiva de pruebas psicométricas, asegurando que se realicen de manera objetiva y precisa, sin involucrarse en el manejo de bases de datos ni sistemas de almacenamiento de resultados.

Nivel de Instrucción:

Título de bachillerato o técnico superior.

Experiencia:

De preferencia, experiencia en roles similares de aplicación masiva de cuestionarios o pruebas psicométricas.

Competencias:

- Organización y Gestión del Tiempo: Habilidad para coordinar y administrar la aplicación de pruebas a un gran número de participantes.

- Orientación a Detalles: Precisión en la aplicación de las pruebas y en la adherencia a los procedimientos establecidos.

- Comunicación Efectiva: Capacidad para instruir a los participantes sobre el proceso de la prueba y resolver cualquier duda que pueda surgir.

- Capacidad de Adaptación: Flexibilidad para ajustar la aplicación de pruebas según las necesidades del proyecto.

- Ética y Confidencialidad: Manejo discreto y profesional de la información y de las pruebas.

- Proactividad: Iniciativa para identificar y abordar problemas o mejoras en el proceso de aplicación.

- Orientación a Resultados: Enfoque en la consecución de metas y la eficiencia en la aplicación de pruebas.

Funciones a Desempeñar:

  1. Coordinar y ejecutar la aplicación de pruebas psicométricas a un gran número de participantes.
  2. Organizar y programar las sesiones de evaluación, garantizando la participación de todos los involucrados.
  3. Instruir a los participantes sobre el proceso y el formato de la prueba para asegurar una correcta ejecución.
  4. Asegurar que las pruebas se apliquen de manera objetiva y en condiciones controladas.
  5. Registrar y monitorear la participación de los evaluados durante la aplicación de las pruebas.
  6. Identificar y resolver problemas que puedan surgir durante la aplicación de las pruebas.
  7. Mantener la confidencialidad y seguridad de la información de los participantes.
  8. Colaborar con el equipo para asegurar que el proceso de aplicación cumpla con los estándares establecidos.
