岗位职责： 1. 参与需求评审、技术方案评审和版本发布评审，从测试视角识别软件、接口及软硬件交互风险。 2. 制定测试计划并编写测试用例，覆盖功能测试、接口测试、集成测试、回归测试、异常场景及软硬件联调测试。 3. 执行版本测试，验证产品功能、接口服务、通信协议、数据链路、异常恢复及系统稳定性，保障交付质量。 4. 设计、开发和维护自动化测试脚本、测试工具及测试用例，提升测试效率和回归覆盖率。 5. 搭建和维护测试环境，进行接口自动化、数据校验、日志分析及问题排查。 6. 跟踪缺陷全生命周期，记录复现步骤、环境信息和日志数据，协助研发定位根因并推动问题闭环。 7. 输出测试报告、缺陷分析和质量评估结果，为版本发布和质量改进提供依据。

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子、自动化、机器人等相关专业。 2. 熟悉软件测试流程、测试方法、用例设计方法及缺陷管理流程。 3. 熟悉 Python、Java、C++ 中至少一种语言，能够编写自动化测试脚本或测试辅助工具。 4. 熟悉接口测试，了解 HTTP 协议，能使用 Postman、Apifox、JMeter 等工具。 5. 了解 Linux、Git 和 SQL 基础，能够进行环境配置、日志查看、代码管理和数据校验。 6. 具备软硬件交互、接口联调、异常问题分析和推动问题闭环的能力。 7. 工作细致严谨，逻辑清晰，具备良好的沟通协作能力和质量意识。 8. 具备良好的英文技术文档阅读能力。

加分项： 1. 有软硬件联调、嵌入式系统测试、机器人测试或自动化设备测试经验。 2. 使用过 Pytest、Robot Framework、JUnit、Selenium、Appium 等自动化测试框架。 3. 了解 ROS / ROS2，或接触过 Gazebo、MuJoCo、Isaac Sim 等机器人仿真工具。 4. 有测试平台、测试工具开发、持续集成或质量数据看板建设经验。 5. 了解 TCP/IP、串口、CAN、MQTT、WebSocket 等常见通信协议。
